Why do an eager intern with a Hacker News blog post, a C-level executive stepping off an airplane with an in-flight magazine, and a trillion-parameter LLM all walk straight into the exact same production bog? And why even Google DeepMind can only bake half of our 600 scars into model weights.
Whenever a skeptic looks at an AI coding workflow, their first accusation is predictable: "You outsourced your thinking to a stochastic parrot."
Think of the hydraulic Power Loader exo-suit from _Aliens_—or a Pacific Rim Jaeger. When you step into a Power Loader, the machine does not decide where the cargo goes. Every micro-movement of the hydraulic arms is a 100x mechanical amplification of the human operator's nervous system, bounded by physical safety interlocks so the hydraulics cannot crush the pilot.
